The AC Hotel shuttle is available from 7:00 am – 11:00 pm for airport pick-up and individual requests within 5 miles. Individual shuttle needs should be booked 24-48 hours prior by contacting the front desk. The shuttle service cannot be pre-booked or reserved exclusively for groups and/or special events. Shuttle service is based on our availability. The AC Hotel has a parking garage located on 4th street or the west side of the building for an additional charge of $30 per night plus tax. Please stop by the front desk to get checked in and get access to the garage. We do have an additional parking garage located at 555 E 4th St, Des Moines, IA 50309. The entrance to the garage is located off E 4th St.
